Sub-processors
The list of sub-processors is in section 6.6 of the Terms and Conditions. We email every business at least 30 days before a change.
Changes to the list
- 23 October 2026: No new provider. Stripe (our own billing), SmartBill (our invoices) and Google Analytics move to a separate list of providers we use for our own relationship with you or as an independent controller; Google Firebase Cloud Messaging is described as also waking your Android relay device; Cloudflare Turnstile protects the booking, waitlist and content report forms; Scaleway's AI feature is described as on by default, with telephone numbers and email addresses removed from the titles it receives.
- 21 October 2026: The list now names Hetzner Online GmbH (Finland) as the hosting provider; Resend also delivers emails to clients; Cloudflare carries all traffic to the Service; SMSAdvert is the default SMS provider; Google Calendar and Stripe Connect are described as services the business connects (Section 6.17).
