How your messages are written
A message is billed in parts, not messages
This is your confirmation, as it would be sent. A phone splits a text into fixed-length parts, and each part is billed. Plain Latin letters fit 160 characters in a part. One character outside that set drops the whole message to 70, which is why Romanian is the expensive case.
The estimate applies this length to every message type. Close enough to plan with, never exact.
What happens as you get busier
The price of a message never changes, so the line is straight. What the bands give you is scale: each one is what a pack costs, so you can read off how often you would be topping up at any volume.
Credits never expire. The pack only decides what each one costs.

How much do SMS reminders cost for a salon?
It depends on three things: how many appointments you have, which messages you switch on, and what country your clients' phones are in. A Romanian salon with 200 appointments a month sending confirmations and reminders spends roughly 300 lei a month. Why does a Romanian message cost three times an Italian one?
Encoding. Italian accents such as à, è and ò are part of the standard GSM character set, so an Italian message keeps the full 160 characters per part and normally fits in one. Romanian ș and ț are not in that set, so the whole message drops to 70 characters per part and a normal confirmation needs three. Switching off diacritics closes the gap completely, which is a setting you control.
What is an SMS segment?
A part. Phone networks carry texts in fixed-length pieces, and anything longer than one piece is sent as several and billed as several. The limit is 160 characters for standard letters and 70 for anything outside that set. This is a rule of the mobile networks, not something we invented, and every SMS provider bills the same way.
Do I pay per client or per message?
Per part. You buy prepaid credits, each message spends the credits its parts cost, and nothing recurs. There is no gateway to contract and no monthly platform fee on top of your plan.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Messages stop and you are warned well before that happens. Nothing goes out that you have not already paid for, so there is no surprise invoice at the end of the month.
