— Messages that send themselves.

Reminders you neverhave to type.

Scisso texts your clients from the day you sign up. A confirmation when they book, a reminder the day before, a follow-up after. You write the template once and it sends itself from there.

The problem

The reminder that never went out.

Nobody forgets to send reminders on a quiet day. They forget on the busy one, which is exactly the day a no-show costs the most.

0h

The window where a reminder still changes the outcome. Scisso sends it there without being asked.

100

Messages you type by hand. The confirmation, the reminder and the follow-up all start from the appointment itself.

0

Message types that send themselves: confirmation, reminder, follow-up, birthday, reschedule and cancellation.

How it works

Nothing to install. Nothing to set up.

SMS Direct is switched on for every new shop, with starter credits already in the balance. The first confirmation can go out the same afternoon you sign up.

1

The appointment is confirmed

From your calendar, from your booking page, or from the front desk. It makes no difference to Scisso.

2

Scisso prepares the message

Your template, filled in with the client's name, the service and the time. Nothing for you to approve.

3

The client gets a text

Sent through SMS Direct from your prepaid credits. No gateway to sign up for, no separate contract.

Why it matters

Short messages, done properly.

Your words, not ours

Every template is yours to edit, with variables for the name, the service, the time and the price. Change one and every message after it follows.

Every type on its own switch

Send reminders but not follow-ups. Birthdays but not promotions. Turn any of it off without touching the rest.

Opt-out handled for you

The first message to a client carries an opt-out link, STOP is honoured, and consent is recorded. The part that gets businesses in trouble is the part we do.

You pay for the message, nothing on top

Prepaid credits, bought when you want them. No monthly gateway fee and no commission per booking.

Optional

Or send from your own number.

Pair a spare Android phone and Scisso Relay sends through its SIM instead, so the text arrives from the number your clients already have saved. SMS Direct stays configured behind it and takes over whenever the phone is off.

  • Clients see your saved contact, not a shared sender
  • Sends at your carrier's rate, with no fee from us
  • STOP and HELP replies are read and handled automatically
  • SMS Direct stays as the fallback, so nothing rests on one phone

Relay sends through your own SIM, so it depends on your mobile plan allowing automated messages. Worth a quick word with your operator before you switch it on. SMS Direct needs no phone and no permission, which is why it is the default.
