Who pays for SMS messages to clients?

Can I manage multiple trainers in one account?

Yes. Each trainer gets their own calendar and schedule. You see everyone's appointments side by side, and clients pick who they want to book with.

Do my clients need to create an account?

No. Your booking page works in any browser. Clients just open the link, pick a time, and book. You can put it on Instagram, share it as a QR code, or send the link in a message. No downloads, no sign-ups on their end.

Does it sync with Google Calendar?

Yes, both ways. Connect your work calendar and appointments flow between Scisso and Google Calendar automatically. The best part: if you ever cancel Scisso, your calendar stays intact. Nothing is trapped.

Do you take a commission on bookings?

No. Zero. Clients book on your page, not on a marketplace. The relationship is between you and your client. We just provide the tool.

What happens to my data if I cancel Scisso?

Everything stays yours. Your appointments are in Google Calendar. Your client data is exportable to JSON. We don't hold anything hostage.

Is there a contract or long-term commitment?

No contracts. Monthly billing, cancel anytime. We'd rather earn your trust than lock you in.

Can I keep my current number for SMS?

Yes, with Scisso Relay on a spare Android phone: texts then go out from the number your clients already know. It sends through your own SIM, so check first that your mobile plan allows automated messages. Without it, SMS Direct sends from a shared number and works from day one.

Client names and phone numbers are encrypted with AES-256 before they touch any disk. SMS content is deleted as soon as it is sent. We don't sell data. We don't send data to third parties. Servers are in the EU, the DPA is in the Terms.
