Turn on online booking
In short
Switch on online booking in Settings and your booking page goes live at your own link, ready to share, print as a QR code or embed on your website. Every online booking arrives as a request that you accept or decline.
Your booking page lets clients see your services and free times and ask for an appointment, day or night. It lives on your own link, with no marketplace and no commission. The owner sets it up under Settings, in Online Booking.
Switching it on
Turn on Enable online booking. From that moment the page is live for anyone with the link. It needs your opening hours first, since those are the only times it offers: if the switch is greyed out, set up your hours and come back.

When on, your booking page is live and accessible to anyone with the link.
Clients see the services marked Available online, with the people who offer them. A service set to Offline only stays off the page, and your team can still book it.
Sharing your link
Your link looks like /book/your-shop on the Scisso domain, and once online booking is on it appears in Settings under the Enable online booking switch, where one tap copies it. Put it in your Instagram bio, your Google Business profile or your WhatsApp replies.
- QR code
Download, copy or share it, light or dark, with or without a background. Print it for the desk, a window sticker or business cards.
- Embed on your website
Paste a snippet to show the booking page right inside your site. Inline puts it in the page, Popup opens it from a button, and Floating button keeps a button in the corner. Under Allowed domains you can limit which websites may embed it.
Where to find it
What the page offers
What the booking page offers sets how much the whole shop allows.

- Availability onlyClients see your free times but cannot book. They are prompted to contact you.

Each person has the same choice, plus Hidden, on their page under Team. It can be set lower than the shop's, never higher.

Answering requests
Every online booking arrives as a request. The client is told you received it, you are notified, and you accept or decline. Once you accept, the usual confirmation goes out.
- ClientSends a requestThe time is held while you decide
- Straight awayRequest receivedThe client is told you have it, and you are notified
- Within your response windowYou accept or declineAccepting sends the usual confirmation

Response window is how long you have to answer, counted in working hours: 4 unless you change it, up to 12. A request sent on Saturday evening does not run out over a closed Sunday. If nobody answers in time, or the appointment is already over, the request is declined automatically and the client is told.

Next, make the page look like your shop, and decide whether clients can reschedule or cancel on their own.
