Customise your message templates
In short
Seven of your texts are yours to write, in every language your clients speak. Build them from variables like the client's name and the time, and wrap optional details in conditional text so nothing is left hanging when a detail is missing.
In SMS Templates you write the texts your clients receive: Confirmation, Reminder, Updated, Cancelled, Manage link, Birthday and Follow-up. The two replies to an online booking are written by us, so they always read right.

Variables
Tap a variable to add it: it becomes a chip that is filled in for every appointment.
- About the client
- First name, last name, title
- Title is Mrs or Mr, where your language uses one.
- About the booking
- Service, date, time
- The service includes its variant, like Haircut - Long hair.
- About your team
- First name, last name, nickname
- The person the client is booked with.
- About your shop
- Name, phone, website, address, hours
- Taken from your shop details, so they stay up to date.
Text that only appears when it makes sense
Tap a chip to add text before or after it. That text only appears when the variable has a value: " with " before the specialist's name reads "with Andrei" when there is one, and vanishes entirely when there is not. No stray words, no gaps. Chips with this kind of text show ⚡.
Languages
Each client gets the template in their own language if you have one, otherwise your shop's. Add a language to write one: you can start from our built-in text (Romanian, English, Hungarian or Italian), copy another language, or start blank.
Length and cost
The counter under the editor shows characters and segments, including the preferences link the first text to each client carries. A single letter like ș or ț drops a segment from 160 characters to 70.

Keeps your templates written correctly, but sends them without accents. Accented characters halve the size of an SMS, so this usually costs one segment instead of two.
