Shared Google Calendar mode

Connect once and assign a calendar to each employee from the Employees page. While this is on, employees cannot connect or disconnect their own.

Auto-match inferred customers

Applies to all employee calendars. A GCal event title that matches exactly one customer by full name is linked automatically. Single-word names, and names shared by two or more customers, stay incomplete for manual review. While it is on, resolving one appointment also links every other unresolved appointment with the same name, and each one sends its own confirmation.

Possible appointments

Each evening, looks at calendar events no rule recognised and flags the ones that look like client bookings. Only event titles and your service names are sent.
