Opening hours and holidays
In short
Set your weekly hours under Shop, Schedule, with as many blocks per day as you need, and add a closure or special hours for any single date. Your hours decide when clients can book online, and when your texts go out.
Your hours live under Shop, in Schedule. The owner sets the weekly hours, and owners and receptionists can add exceptions for holidays and special days.

Your week
Each day can be open or closed, and an open day can have several blocks: 09:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 18:00 leaves a lunch break nobody can book into. Your changes are kept as a draft until you tap Save.

What your hours decide
Online booking only offers times inside your open hours, and never on a closed date. It cannot be switched on until at least one day has hours.
Lead time and response time count open hours only. A request sent on Saturday evening does not run out over a closed Sunday.
Values shown for an example shop.
How far in advance a slot must be to appear as available, counted in business hours. Only hours when your shop is open count.
How long you have to answer a booking request or a change request, counted in working hours.
Texts, if you turn on Send only during business hours, hold confirmations, updates, cancellations and follow-ups until you next open, including after a lunch break. Reminders are never held: they are timed to the appointment.

Delay confirmation, update, cancellation and follow-up messages until shop hours. Reminders are not affected.
