Several services in one visit
In short
A haircut and a beard trim for the same client can be booked as one visit: one block in your calendar, one confirmation and one reminder. You can book it from the console, and clients can put several services in a basket on your booking page.
When a client comes in for more than one thing, book it as a visit. The services run one after the other with the same specialist, show up as a single block in your calendar, and the client hears about it once.
Booking a visit from the console
Open a new appointment as usual, pick the first service, then tap Add a service under it for each one after. The end time grows with every service you add. Tap Book appointment and you are done.
To add a service to an appointment that already exists, open it, choose Edit and add it to the list. If the new total length is different, you are asked whether to keep the current length or set a new one.
- Specialist
- One per visit
- They must offer every service in it.
- Order
- Back to back
- Each service starts where the one before ends, no gaps.
- Repeating
- Not for visits
- A repeating appointment takes a single service, for now.
- Who can book one
- Everyone
- Employees book visits for themselves, owners and receptionists for anyone.
If you set a longer or shorter time than the services add up to, each service is stretched or shortened in proportion, so the visit still fills exactly the time you chose.
Clients booking several services online
On your booking page, clients can put several services in a basket and book them together, up to 10 in one visit. They see only specialists who offer everything in the basket, and a service no remaining specialist can do is shown as unavailable, with the reason. Online, the services are booked back to back in the order they were picked, so the client needs one free stretch long enough for all of them.
This is on by default. The owner can turn it off under Your booking page, and clients then book one service at a time.

Where to find it
How it looks and what the client hears
In the calendar a visit is one block, labelled with the service names, like "Haircut, Beard trim". Its page lists each service and the total.
- When it is confirmedOne confirmationFor the whole visit, not one per service
- A day beforeOne reminderWith the start time of the first service
- If you move or cancel itOne messageCovering the whole visit
In a text message, the service part reads as a count, like "2 services". The email lists the service names.
Changing or cancelling a visit
Moving the time, changing the client or confirming a tentative visit applies to the whole visit. So does cancelling: the red X cancels every service in it.
To drop just one service, open the visit, choose Edit and remove it from the list (tap twice to confirm). You are asked whether it was your decision or the client's, which matters if they paid online. A visit left with one service becomes an ordinary appointment again.
From Google Calendar
If your calendar rules link words to services, an event titled with two of them, like "Haircut + Beard Ana", becomes one visit on its own. Rename the event later and the visit follows: services are added or dropped to match the title.
