Invite your team
In short
The owner invites people from the Team page with Invite member. They get an email, set their own password, and are in. Pending invites can be resent, and each person joins as an employee or a receptionist.
Each person on your team gets their own login, their own calendar and their own appointments. Only the owner can invite people.
Sending an invite
Open Team and choose Invite member. A short wizard walks you through three steps.
- InviteWho they areName, email and role
- ProfileWhat clients seeTitle, bio and how they appear on your booking page
- SetupWhat they doThe services they offer
- ThemAcceptFrom the email, within 7 days
The email goes out as soon as you choose Send invite and continue, so the last two steps are optional: you can fill them in now or later from their page. If your shop uses one shared Google Calendar, the setup step is also where you give them a calendar from it.
Which role to pick
- DefaultEmployeeSees their own appointments and the clients they work with. Can search the rest of your clients, read-only.
- ReceptionistRuns the front desk. Every calendar, every client, services and packages. Cannot change the shop's settings or the team.
You can change someone's role later from their page. The full breakdown is in Your team: roles and access.
What they receive
They get an email invitation to your shop. The link lasts 7 days. To accept, they confirm their name and date of birth and choose a password. If they already use Scisso with another shop, they keep their login and can switch between shops.
Pending invites
Until they accept, their card on the Team page says Invite pending. If the email got lost or the link expired, Resend invite sends a fresh link, valid for another 7 days.
Removing someone
On their page, Remove member takes them off the team. It is permanent: their personal details are erased and their Google Calendar is disconnected. Their past appointments stay in your records.
