Email sender, replies and delivery
In short
Your emails arrive as your shop's name via Scisso, and replies come to us, not to you. The Email page shows how the last 30 days went, and each client's page shows whether their address still works.
How your emails arrive
Clients see your emails from Barber Studio Ana via Scisso: your shop's name, sent from our address. The Email page shows exactly this, because it is worked out by the same code that sends them.

Used in SMS messages via the Shop phone variable.
Delivery in the last 30 days
Every email makes the same short journey, and the Email page counts where each one ended up:
- SentHanded to the mail serviceTried again up to 5 times if that fails
- AcceptedStill in transitAccepted, not yet confirmed
- ArrivedConfirmed deliveredThe client's mailbox took it
- Confirmed delivered
- It arrived
- The mail service confirmed it reached the client's mailbox.
- Could not be delivered
- Check the address
- The mailbox refused it. A permanent refusal stops every future email to that address.
- Marked as spam
- The client reported it
- They are unsubscribed from your shop's emails automatically.
- Problems on our side
- Ours to fix
- Nothing for you to do. If it is not zero, write to us.
These numbers cover the last 30 days. The number of clients who unsubscribed covers all time. We do not track whether an email was opened or a link clicked.
Unsubscribes
A client can stop your emails from the Message preferences link at the bottom of any email, from their mail app's own Unsubscribe button, or from their booking page. It takes one tap.
An unsubscribe stops all six appointment emails, including the two that are always on. Texts keep going unless they stopped those too. It applies to your shop only, and it follows the email address, so creating the client again does not bring the emails back.
You will not find a list of unsubscribed clients, but each client's own page tells you where they stand: Unsubscribed, Reported as spam or Mailbox rejected our email, with the date it happened. For privacy, we keep only a fingerprint of an unsubscribed address, never the address itself.
