Make your booking page look like your shop
In short
Add your logo, your colour, a few photos and a one-line tagline, and your booking page stops looking like a form. Photos live under Shop, Visuals, where you also choose the cover and how it is framed on phones and computers.
Clients decide in seconds whether a booking page feels like your place. Five things do most of the work: your logo, your colour, your photos, a short tagline under your name and, if you have one, your Google rating.
Your logo
Upload it under Shop, Visuals, in the Logo card. It appears at the top of your booking page and in the emails your clients get. Empty space around a logo with a transparent background is trimmed automatically, so it sits at the right size.
Your booking page follows each client's phone: light or dark. If your logo is dark ink, it disappears on a dark screen. Turn off Use the same logo for both themes and upload a second version for the Dark theme.
If your logo is a symbol rather than your name written out, switch on Show business name next to logo.

Useful when your logo is a symbol rather than your name written out.
Only the owner can change the logo. A receptionist sees the card but cannot edit it.
Your colour
The Brand colour card, under Shop, Visuals, sets the colour of your booking page: the buttons, the day and time a client picks, the links. The page clients open from a message to change or cancel their appointment uses it too. Pick one of the twelve suggested colours, or tap Other colour for any shade, your brand's exact colour code included.
Next to it, a preview shows your booking page split down the middle: the light theme on one half, the dark theme on the other, because each client sees whichever their phone uses. Nothing changes for your clients until you press Save. Before that, See how it looks on your page opens your real booking page in the new colour, only for you.
Buttons always keep your exact colour. Text is different: a pale colour cannot be read on a white page, and a very dark one cannot be read on a black page. Where that happens, links and highlights get a deeper or lighter shade of the same colour, and the card says so under the swatches. You never have to check this yourself.

Buttons keep your colour exactly. We match the shades for text so everything reads well in both themes.
Only the owner can change the colour. If your booking page is embedded on your own website, a colour set on the embed itself wins on that site.
Your photos
The Gallery holds photos of your space and your work. Owners and receptionists can add them. Each new photo asks you to confirm you have permission to publish it, including consent from anyone recognisable in it.

Featured photos and the cover
Open a photo's menu and choose Feature to put it at the front of the slideshow. The first featured photo becomes the Cover, the one clients see first. Make cover picks a different one. If you feature nothing, every photo shows in your order. Once you feature some, the page shows those plus the photos tagged with what the client picks, not the rest of your gallery.
How the cover is cropped
The same photo is shown in two shapes. On a computer or tablet it is a wide card, about twice as wide as it is tall. On a phone it fills the top of the screen and is nearly square. Whatever falls outside the shape is cut off.
Photos that follow the service
Tag a photo with services, packages or people from its menu (Services, Specialists). When a client picks a balayage, your balayage photos join the slideshow, right after your featured ones. A person with no photos of their own shows photos from the services they offer. You can also add photos straight from a service, package or team member's page.
Tagline and description
Under Shop, Details, the Presentation section holds two texts. The Tagline (up to 120 characters) sits right under your name on the booking page. The Description (up to 1,000 characters) is what search engines and link previews show when someone shares your page. Both can be translated into each language your shop uses. Owner only.
Where to find it
Your Google rating
The Google reviews tile at the bottom of Shop shows your star rating and review count on the booking page, linked to your listing on Google Maps. The owner chooses Find my business, or Search manually, then Connect.
The rating is refreshed about every three days. If Google stops answering, you are told after 10 days, and after 30 days the rating is hidden rather than showing an old number.
Once your page looks right, switch online booking on.
