Add your services
In short
Add services one by one under Shop, Services, or photograph your price list and let Scisso read it for you. You check every row before anything is created, and an import only ever adds.
Your services are what clients book and what your appointments are made of. Owners and receptionists add them under Shop, in Services. There are two ways in: by hand, or from a photo of the price list you already have.
By hand
Choose Add service. Only the Service name is required. Add a duration and a price when you know them, in your shop's currency. For work you price on the day, switch on Price range and give a "from" and an "up to" price.
After Create and continue, two optional steps follow:
- Variants
One service in several versions, such as short and long hair, each with its own price and length.
- Assign
Choose which people on your team offer it.

From a photo of your price list
If your prices are already written down somewhere, on a board, a printed menu or another booking site, Import services from photos saves the typing. On an empty catalogue the button reads From photos.

Nothing is created until you press the create button at the end of the check. Durations the list does not show are marked Not shown, so you can fill them in as you go.

- Only imports you actually create count. Reading a list and starting over does not, up to 10 reads an hour.

Two more things to check on the way:
- Currency
If the prices look like a different currency from your account's, you get a warning. Numbers are imported as they are, with no conversion.
- Descriptions
They are copied from your list. A list taken from a booking site often cuts long text short behind a "read more" link, so read the ones that stop mid-sentence.
If you do not see the import
It has its own switch, Import services from a photo, in Settings, AI features, and it also stops when the owner switches off AI for the whole shop. While it is off, the import is hidden and adding by hand works as usual. Photos are processed by an AI provider in the EU.
